
A few weeks ago, we used our onion chive blossoms to make onion chive blossom vinegar.
This vinegar can be used as a stand-alone item, for example, on cooked collard greens.
Chive blossom vinegar could also be used to make a vinaigrette. Of course, a dish is needed to use the vinaigrette. Our dish of choice is a cucumber salad.
