Tops & Bottoms

As I mentioned in the blog post, "Kids in the Garden - Radish Plants" our boys are growing radishes in containers. Many times people just eat the bottom of the radish, but the top is edible too. Because of the texture of radish greens, we do not eat them raw, but we cook them and add them to other dishes. One of our boys' favorite dishes is scrambled eggs and they do not like them plain. They love them with mushrooms, onions, etc. Why not radish greens?

After trying out of few recipes, tested by our little judges, we found one they really liked. Click here for our scrambled eggs for two recipe.
