Drying Herbs using your Oven

My herbs are growing faster than I can harvest them. I decided to try drying them using my oven. Sanctuary Gardener has a great blog post on how to dry herbs. I followed her directions and had success. I still like drying my herbs the old-fashioned way, but when you need your herbs dried quickly, this is not a bad option.
