I harvested my first batch of chocolate mint leaves a few days ago. After eating one, I decided to make some chocolate mint extract. I divided the leaves I harvested in half so I could make one extract using alcohol and one extract without using alcohol. It takes a month for the extract to be ready. I have posted the recipes I used. I can't wait until the extract is ready so I can use it in a yummy chocolate dessert recipe.
