Garden 2011

 

In February of 2011, I gave birth to our first children, identical twin boys.  We made the decision not to plant a garden this year.  One day, when the boys were sleeping, I decided to go outside.  To my surprise, there were about five honeydew melon growing in our 3 x 6 raised bed.  I told my father what happened and he replied, "Well...you've some volunteers this year." Although we did not intend on gardening, this was the easiest garden ever.  We had so many honeydew melons, we had to give them away.
